Who can see our candidates?

Only your company. Interviewers see only the roles they've been given, and that rule is enforced in the database, not just hidden in the interface.

What does it decide on its own?

Nothing, until you turn automatic decisions on in Settings. Until then every candidate waits for a person, with the AI's recommendation beside them. Each role has two numbers: once you switch it on, a candidate at or above the first moves forward and one below the second is turned down. Everyone in between still waits for a person.

Does it change anything in our ATS?

No. A connected ATS sends applications in over a signed webhook, and nothing is ever written back to it.

Which hiring laws is it built for?

United States hiring law. It doesn't claim to cover GDPR, the EU AI Act or other regimes outside the US.
